What Daily Choices Look Like in 3D vs 4D/5D Consciousness

Amanda Sears

In our journey through life, the choices we make and the energies we align with can significantly shape our reality. Just as Jesus spoke of trees bearing good and bad fruit, so too do our actions and intentions stem from different vibrational roots.

Let's explore how operating from the contrasting energies of the 3D and 4D/5D dimensions can manifest in everyday activities like shopping, eating, budgeting, planning, and working.

SHOPPING

3D Perspective: Shopping from a 3D mindset often involves fear of scarcity and a desire for material accumulation. You might find yourself buying items impulsively, driven by a need to fill an emotional void or to compete with others. Fear of missing out (FOMO) becomes a frequent companion.

4D/5D Perspective: When you shop from a 4D/5D space, you do so with mindfulness and gratitude. Each purchase is an act of self-care and intention, aligning with your values and supporting your well-being. You trust that the universe will provide what you need, fostering a sense of abundance and contentment.

EATING

3D Perspective: Eating in the 3D dimension may be rooted in fear and guilt, often leading to unhealthy choices driven by stress or emotional eating. There's a focus on instant gratification without consideration of long-term health impacts.

4D/5D Perspective: When eating from a 4D/5D standpoint, you choose foods that nourish both body and soul. You approach meals with love and gratitude, savoring each bite and honoring the life force within your food. This creates a harmonious relationship with food and enhances your overall vitality.

BUDGETING

3D Perspective: Budgeting from a 3D mindset can be anxious and restrictive, driven by a fear of lack. You may focus on hoarding resources or experience guilt over spending, feeling constrained by financial limitations.

4D/5D Perspective: Budgeting in the 4D/5D realm brings a sense of trust and faith in the flow of abundance. You create budgets that reflect your values, balancing saving and spending with joy. Recognizing money as energy, you circulate it with an open heart, knowing it will return multiplied.

PLANNING

3D Perspective: Planning from a 3D perspective often involves a rigid approach, driven by a need for control and certainty. Fear of failure or the unknown may lead to overplanning and stress.

4D/5D Perspective: In the 4D/5D space, planning becomes a dance with the universe. You set intentions while remaining flexible, trusting the unfolding of life's synchronicities. Embracing uncertainty, you allow room for magic and unexpected opportunities.

WORKING

3D Perspective: In the 3D dimension, work can feel like a burdensome necessity, driven by fear of inadequacy or societal pressure. Success is often measured by external standards, leading to burnout or dissatisfaction.

4D/5D Perspective: From a 4D/5D standpoint, work becomes an expression of your soul's purpose. You engage in activities that align with your passions and contribute to the greater good. Motivation stems from love and joy, creating a sense of fulfillment and harmonious flow.

Root Energies and Transformative Choices

At the core, the energies of fear and limitation in the 3D space contrast with the love, trust, and expansion of the 4D/5D dimensions. By becoming aware of the root energy from which we operate, we can consciously choose actions that align with higher vibrational frequencies. This transforms everyday activities into opportunities for growth, connection, and spiritual evolution.

As we navigate these contrasting spaces, remember that each moment offers a choice. With mindfulness and intention, we can cultivate lives that bear the good fruit of love, abundance, and joy, enriching both ourselves and the world around us.

Let's break down the key aspects of the 3D, 4D and 5D dimensions for better understanding

3D (Third Dimension): This dimension is characterized by physicality, duality, and a linear perception of time. It often involves a focus on survival, fear-based thinking, and material concerns. It's the realm where limitations and separation are most keenly felt.

4D (Fourth Dimension): The 4D represents a transition phase, often called the "bridge" between the 3D and 5D. It involves the awakening of consciousness and awareness of our interconnectedness. Emotions, intuition, and the beginnings of spiritual awakening become more prominent. It's a space of healing and releasing old patterns.

5D (Fifth Dimension): In the 5D realm, love, unity, and higher consciousness reign. It's where duality dissolves into oneness, and existence is experienced through the heart. There's an embrace of unconditional love, trust in the divine flow, and a broader understanding of one's purpose and connection to the universe.

By contrasting 3D with 4D/5D, we can essentially highlight the shift from a more dense, fear-based perspective to one that embraces higher vibrational frequencies of love, unity, and trust. This lens allows for a holistic view of our ascension journey and the evolution of consciousness.

In practical terms, you might notice that aspects of both 4D and 5D can be experienced simultaneously as we transition and expand our awareness. Each individual's journey is unique, and there is fluidity between these dimensions as we grow and evolve.

Having a greater awareness of the root energy to our behaviour, thoughts and actions can lead us to creating change within ourselves to better align with our higher self through conscious choice.
