Sessions and workshops are only currently available in-person locally in Nelson/Tasman, NZ.

  • 1:1 In-Person Session: from $44 per hour

  • 90-Minute Foundational Group Workshop: $250 total for session

  • Group Sessions (Customised): Price on application

 

All sessions are gentle, non-technical, and designed for all levels — whether you're curious or cautious, you'll leave with clarity and confidence.
