In Seeking You Shall Find, But in Allowing, You Are Already Found

Amanda Sears

In our journey through life, we often find ourselves caught in a perpetual loop of seeking—a cycle fueled by the desire to heal, grow, and transform. This quest frequently leads us into the 4D realm of transformation, where we explore new dimensions of consciousness and awareness. Yet, amid this fervent seeking, we may overlook the profound truth that we are already healed, whole, and found.

The inspiration to seek and find is an easy trap to fall into because in finding what we seek we are validated and feel rewarded which feels good and successful, but this perpetual cycle will keep us trapped in the loop of seeking>finding>seeking>finding - something that can be hard to pull ourselves out of.

Many people awaken from the 3D world and get stuck in a perpetual cycle of transformation in the 4D because there is just so much to learn and remember and it is super fascinating and practically infinite! It's important though, to bring your awareness to the different energies that motivate us and the results they garner between seeking and allowing so you can continue to rise instead of just getting stuck in another dimension.

~ In seeking you are constantly looking for something.

~ In allowing you are open to receive what is looking for you.

It truly does all come to you if you allow it - you just have to be open to receive it and ready to take inspired action when it comes.

How do we transition from the endless loop of seeking to a state of being?

The Loop of Seeking

The act of seeking is an intrinsic part of our human experience. It propels us forward, driving us to explore new ideas, heal old wounds, and expand our understanding of ourselves and the universe. In the 4D realm, this seeking often manifests as a journey of self-discovery, where we delve into spiritual practices, personal development, and endless streams of knowledge.

However, this relentless pursuit can lead to a cycle where seeking becomes an end in itself—a loop where we constantly search for more healing, more answers, more transformation. We become so focused on what we need to attain that we may lose sight of what already exists within us.

The Power of Being Found

To break free from the loop of seeking, we must embrace the power of being found. This begins with the realization that, at our core, we are already whole and complete. True transformation arises not from relentless searching, but from the gentle act of allowing ourselves to be.

Allowing is the practice of surrendering to the present moment and accepting ourselves exactly as we are. It involves trusting in the intrinsic wisdom of our being and recognizing our inherent connection to the divine. In allowing, we invite the universe to guide us, knowing that we are supported, loved, and already aligned with our highest self.

From Seeking to Allowing

1. Embrace Presence: Cultivate mindfulness and presence in your daily life. Focus on being fully present in each moment, rather than constantly striving for the next.

2. Practice Self-Acceptance: Acknowledge your journey and honor the person you are today. Embrace your imperfections and celebrate your growth.

3. Trust in the Divine Flow: Release the need for control and trust that the universe is unfolding as it should. Surrender to the flow of life and allow things to unfold naturally.

4. Connect with Inner Wholeness: Regularly remind yourself that you are already whole. Engage in practices that help you connect with your inner essence, such as meditation, breathwork, or simply spending time in nature.

5. Open to Receiving: Shift from a mindset of seeking to one of receiving. Allow yourself to receive the gifts of the universe, whether they come in the form of healing, wisdom, or love.

In seeking, we indeed find—but in allowing, we discover that we were never lost.

Embrace the power of being found, and let it guide you to a life of joy, peace, and fulfillment. Remember that you are already perfect in your divine imperfection, and your journey is one of remembering this truth.

5 Common Examples of How People Can Find Themselves Caught in Loops on the Path of Seeking

  1. Endless Healing Journeys

Many embark on a continuous cycle of seeking healing through various modalities—Reiki, acupuncture, sound healing, and more—believing that there's always another layer to peel back. While healing is a beautiful process, it can become a loop when one never stops to integrate and acknowledge their inherent wholeness.

  2. Past Life Exploration

Delving into past lives can offer valuable insights and understanding. However, some may become fixated on uncovering every aspect of their past incarnations, searching for answers to present challenges, rather than focusing on the present moment and the lessons it offers.

  3. Perpetual Learning and Information Gathering

The thirst for knowledge is admirable, yet it can become a trap when individuals constantly seek external information—books, courses, workshops—hoping to find definitive answers outside of themselves, rather than trusting their own inner wisdom and intuition.

  4. Seeking External Validation

Some individuals continuously seek validation and approval from outside sources—peers, mentors, or societal standards. This loop keeps them from recognizing their innate value and self-worth, which exist independently of external opinions.

  5. Spiritual Bypassing

In an attempt to maintain positivity and spiritual 'enlightenment', some may avoid confronting deeper emotional or psychological issues. This avoidance creates a loop where true growth is stalled, as genuine transformation often requires facing and integrating all aspects of oneself, including the shadow.

Each of these loops reflects a searching outside oneself for something that is inherently within. The key to moving beyond these cycles is to embrace the journey inward, where the true answers and healing reside.

Remember, all you seek is already within you, waiting to be discovered in the stillness of your own being.
