In the natural world every organism has its place and purpose, contributing to the balance and health of ecosystems. While viruses are often cast as villains in the story of human health, a closer examination reveals a more subtle role.

Much like the role of bacteria in our bodies, viruses can be seen as vital players in maintaining a healthy internal ecosystem, functioning as nature’s 'nano-sharks' to support balance and resilience.
As our understanding of the micro, nano and quantum world expands we begin to learn how our worlds intertwine and relate to each other on multiple layers that we previously couldn't fathom.
We have learned about the value and importance of bacteria and microbiomes, and the importance of them in our outer and inner worlds, but we are still thinking of viruses the same way we used to think of bacteria and I had an awareness the other day that actually viruses are helpful, in fact in the same way as sharks eat the weak and old so the ocean can maintain a healthy ecosystem - viruses do the same by cleaning, repairing and upgrading the systems and organisms in the body!
Think of bacteria as gentle micro-harmonisers: they bring our awareness to areas within our bodies that are out of balance and need more support while also clearing, cleaning and upgrading our systems - beginning gently and if we continue not to listen, becoming more forceful over time.
Think of viruses like assertive nano-sharks: just like bacteria they bring awareness to areas within our bodies that are out of balance but are designed to tackle the deeper systems and larger or more toxic waste removal for our internal nano world - with a bit more of a firm approach.
They both actually work FOR us but when living in such lower 3D states of consciousness and fear it became 'us vs them' (and 'them' included everything and everyone) and we saw them as adversaries, but as our consciousness expands we can begin to see our relationship with bacteria, parasites and viruses in a more compassionate and understanding way.
Nature is always seeking balance and harmony.
When things get out of balance our inner and outer environments will naturally try to bring us back into balance - which can be uncomfortable for the body.
I think it's time we look at viruses, bacteria and parasites from a different perspective...
Reimagining Viruses
1. Nature’s Cleanup Crew: Just as sharks play a crucial role in marine ecosystems by keeping populations in check and removing the sick and weak, viruses can help manage cellular debris and remove dysfunctional or damaged cells. This process can aid in maintaining the health of tissues and organs.
2. Promoting Genetic Diversity: Viruses have played a significant role in evolution, facilitating genetic exchange and adaptation. This contribution to genetic diversity supports resilience and adaptability in living organisms.
3. Immune System Education: Exposure to viruses can help train and strengthen the immune system, preparing it to respond effectively to future threats. This interaction can be likened to a teacher, guiding the immune system towards equilibrium.
Drawing Parallels with Bacteria
1. The Microbiome Revolution: Just as we have learned to appreciate the beneficial role of bacteria in our gut microbiome, which aids in digestion, immune function, and overall health, we can extend this understanding to the viral components of our microbiome.
2. Symbiotic Relationships: Both bacteria and viruses can exist symbiotically with the host, contributing to processes that support health and well-being. This perspective encourages a holistic view of microorganisms as integral components of our biology.
Transforming Fear into Understanding
1. Embracing Balance: Instead of viewing viruses solely as threats, we can seek to understand their role in maintaining biological balance. This shift in perspective encourages a more harmonious relationship with the natural world and may lead to more ease when a virus comes to visit.
2. Fostering Resilience: It is essential to nurture both our physical and energetic bodies. By strengthening our immune systems through mindful lifestyle choices such as: balanced nutrition, regular movement, and reducing stress, combined with regular energy practices like meditation, Qi Gong, and Reiki we fortify ourselves against bacterial and viral challenges by keeping our own systems clean and clear so bacteria and viruses don't need to do too much.
By reimagining viruses as part of a broader ecological system, we can embrace a perspective of curiosity and cooperation with nature's complexity rather than fear. Recognizing the potential benefits they offer encourages us to seek balance and harmony within our internal and external environments.
So, if viruses and bacteria work FOR us, you might ask (like I did):
Why then can do we feel so horrible when they are working their magic in us?
Why do some people get more sick than others?
Why do some people even die from these experiences?
Let's explore some ideas into the subtle relationship between our bodies and viruses, exploring why the process of cleansing and upgrading can feel challenging, and how factors like energetic alignment and personal health contribute to varied experiences, shining a light of possibility on this process and reduce fear through understanding.
Understanding Viruses as Catalysts for Healing and Transformation
Viruses, often perceived as adversaries, can also play a pivotal role in the body's natural processes of cleansing and upgrading. While these processes can sometimes lead to discomfort, they are essential for maintaining health and vitality. By exploring why some people experience symptoms more intensely and understanding the role of energetic alignment, we can foster a more compassionate and informed perspective.
Why the Body Feels Unwell During Cleansing
1. Healing Crisis: When the body is clearing out toxins, damaged cells, or outdated patterns, this can lead to temporary discomfort known as a 'healing crisis'. Symptoms such as fatigue, fever, or aches are common as the immune system mobilizes to restore balance.
2. Detoxification Process: The symptoms experienced during a viral infection can be part of the detoxification process, where the body works to eliminate what no longer serves it, paving the way for regeneration and renewal.
3. Energetic Upgrades: On an energetic level, our bodies may undergo shifts and upgrades as they adapt to new frequencies or heightened states of awareness, which can also manifest as physical symptoms.
Contagion and Energetic Alignment
1. Vibrational Resonance: The likelihood of contracting a virus may be influenced by one's energetic alignment or vibrational state. Individuals vibrating at a higher frequency may be less likely to resonate with or attract certain pathogens.
2. Immune System Variability: Personal factors such as stress levels, nutritional status, emotional health, and underlying conditions can affect the immune system's ability to respond, resulting in varied experiences of illness.
3. Energetic Boundaries: Some individuals may have more robust energetic boundaries, naturally protecting them from external influences, including viruses.
Why Some Experience More Intense Symptoms
1. Accumulated Toxins and Imbalances: Individuals with more to clear, whether due to lifestyle factors, emotional baggage, or environmental exposures, may experience more intense symptoms as the body works through these layers.
2. Pathway of Healing: For some, experiencing illness can be a pathway to deeper healing, prompting necessary changes in lifestyle, mindset, or spiritual growth.
3. Emotional and Energetic Factors: Emotions and unresolved energetic patterns can manifest as physical symptoms, and their release during illness may intensify the experience.
Embracing the Process with Understanding
1. Cultivate Patience and Compassion: Embrace your body's natural rhythms with patience and compassion, recognizing symptoms as part of the healing journey rather than something to fear.
2. Support Your Immune System: Engage in practices that bolster your immune system and overall well-being, such as a nutritious diet, regular movement, mindfulness, and restorative sleep.
3. Elevate Your Vibration: Explore ways to raise your energetic vibration, such as meditation, gratitude, connection with nature, and nurturing positive relationships.
By understanding the multifaceted roles viruses play in cleansing and upgrading, we can move beyond fear, embracing these experiences as opportunities for healing and transformation. Let us hold space for both the challenges and the wisdom they bring, knowing that through awareness and compassion, we create a more harmonious relationship with our bodies and the world around us.
It's important to approach these ideas and potentialities from a compassionate and non-judgmental place with an open mind, knowing that each soul's journey in life is a completely unique experience for them and whether viewed through a physical lens or a spiritual one, it contributes to the unfolding of the universe. Not everything is designed to resonate as truth for everyone and the vibrational alignment with truth will shift and change as the person does - always listen to your own intuition and use your discernment.
As someone who has experienced significant physical discomfort in my life and explored both physical and energetic pathways to healing, I can use my personal experience to offer different perspectives and ideas that may inspire you to approach something such as a viral or bacterial infection from a different angle.
From my experience, our resistance to discomfort can lead to prolonging or perpetuating an experience or making it feel worse than is actually needed - whereas surrendering into it and allowing it to run its course while practicing self-care and compassion can help reduce severity of symptoms as well as additional symptoms that can be caused by stress or anxiety (a practice I've been lucky/unlucky to explore multiple times).
The key with any experience, especially a health one, is to do your best while in it and to support yourself in the ways that feel most aligned (good). This is where I am grateful for traditional medicine, supplements, doctors and hospitals as well as 'alternative' energy healers, natural medicine and personal energetic tools, because they have all played an extremely valuable role in my health and wellbeing over the years and on my journey of self-discovery.
So think of viruses as the internal clean up crew - you can keep your internal world clean or a clean up crew and take care of it for you - one way is definitely more comfortable!
May this article inspire you to approach your health journeys with curiosity and empowerment, fostering a deeper sense of connection and trust in the body's innate wisdom.
